These features may come with a steep learning curve, but users who invest the time to familiarize themselves with the software will be rewarded with its powerful capabilities. Although MINDBODY can also be used to manage salons and spas, it’s currently most popular among fitness businesses.

Founded in 2000, MINDBODY was one of the earliest pioneers in the space, and is now used by more than 50,000 businesses.
